Built for two speeds
Speed one: quick bites — you're between things, you're hungry, you're in and out with something hot and properly seasoned.
Speed two: the long dinner — the table fills up with plates, the plates start migrating, and suddenly it's two hours later and someone is defending their claim to the last spoonful. Both are correct.
Plate-sharing diplomacy
Thai food was born to be shared. Order across the menu — something fragrant, something fried, something with noodles, something that fights back — put it in the middle and negotiate. House rule: one more dish than you think you need.
The chilli question
"A little extra chilli?" is a genuine offer, not a dare — although it does occasionally function as one. Gentle and aromatic, a confident medium, or the full authentic route for people who consider sweating a seasoning. Tell your server how you usually handle spice and let them calibrate.
What to drink with it
Heat loves something cold next to it. The bar covers the classics — cold beers, fresh cocktails, soft options for the designated sensible person.
Good questions
Until what time does the kitchen serve?
The kitchen in Gżira serves until 22:00. The bar carries on well after.
Is it only spicy food?
Not at all. Plenty of the menu is mild, fragrant and chilli-free — the extra heat is opt-in, never mandatory.
Do you take reservations for dinner?
Yes — and for long, plate-sharing group dinners we recommend it. Book online or give us a call.
